We will, in the majority of cases, call or text 2 days before your appointment to confirm.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow us at least 24 hours notice, this ensures we have adequate time to re-fill your appointment slot.
Cancellations given with less than 24 hours notice may result in a late cancellation charge.
We keep appointments every day to see toothaches, and we will always manage to see a genuine emergency.
For out of hours emergency appointments please telephone the practice 01273 885522 and you will get a live person to speak to 24 hours a day, they will then contact Nigel, who will be the dentist on call.
